7 weeks out to Wellness overall ⚔️
Bree came to me with a solid foundation looking to compete locally in the wellness division and we hit the ground running. Walking away as the Wellness overall champion for NPC Judgement Day.
With a lot of the muscle already built, moving into this short off season she’s got her eyes on a pro qualifier. With a new game plan set, her training includes 30+ working sets of targeted lower body training per week spread across 4 days.
Our main focus this training block is to add a little thickness to the lower half with an emphasis on the posterior chain. Upper body pulled to a low maintenance.
Carb cycling training days, easy LISS cardio, and prioritizing recovery and mobility. Get ready for an even crazier transformation 🔥

Kristina came to me looking for sustainable long term structure to both fuel her busy active lifestyle and reach her physique goals she set out for herself - already having lost 50lbs and gaining some of it back.
Weight loss is awesome, but sustaining it is another story - this is where we see the most failure..
