its Administrative Aide Appreciation week here at King Tech, and do we have a lot to appreciate around here! Kelly, Craig, Laura and Elizabeth keep our school running smooth and organized from the pledge till the last bell.

Yesterday King tech hosted its 2026 Spring Student of the Semester event. A celebration designed to honor growth, resilience, and the impact students have on those around them.

Teachers from each program select one student and give recognition to them.

It is a reminder that every step forward matters and that every student’s journey is worth celebrating.

AMCS Students, the King Tech Hiring Fair is tomorrow at KTHS from 9:15-2:35 PM. There will be 100 employers looking to fill all types of positions. Come check it out.

King Techs EMT program is always out working with our Industry Partners.

The Anchorage Fire Department Explorer Programs has been an integral part of the Fire fighter education community. Pictured below are KTHS students helping out at the Night to Shine event. Students are assisting in activities such as coat checks, cheer squad and food serving.

KTHS EMT students also helped out at the Guns and Hoses Hockey Fundraiser event. Helping raise money and donations for Providence children's hospital.

Busy day for the Automotive maintenance Class at KTHS. 15 students just received their ASE A5 Brakes Entry-Level Certifications and are ready to do industry level work.

Our Automotive class offers ASE Entry-level Automobile & Light Truck (A-Series) Certifications from A1 to A8.
