Hollywood, Here I Come! I’m pretty excited. Want to know why? I’m going to Anaheim to teach a workshop and Anaheim is pretty close to Hollywood. Sure, it’ll be nice to teach folks about constructing hinged earrings what with the fabrication of tiny little hinges, riveting saddle set stones, making a safety catch for the earwire and all. But the real exciting part is that I’m certain some Hollywood exec is going to see me walking around and notice that I’ve got, “It.” What do I mean by, “It?” I mean that indefinable quality that makes a star. Maybe it’s my rugged good looks. My mom says I’m very handsome. Maybe it’s my chiseled abs. Maybe it’s my calf implants. I don’t know. But whatever it is, I’ve got it. I just want you all to know, even when I’m a really big deal, making millions of dollars, driving the fanciest cars and living in a beachside mansion, I’m not going to forget my roots. I’ll have a personal stylist to make sure they’re dyed so the gray never shows. What I’m trying to say is this might be your last chance to take a workshop with me. Once I get my SAG card I doubt I’ll have time to make jewelry, let alone teach it. If you’re interested in seeing what I’ll teach, here’s a little taste. Check the link in my bio for more info.
