Here’s a tip as you’re starting to apply for jobs and land interviews:

Copy and paste all the job descriptions that you’ve applied for. 📝

Keep them in a document so that you can refer to them later. 💾

Highlight keywords and details from each job description and look for repeated items/categories that seem important to the employer. 🌟

You’ll want to prepare stories/experiences based on these items for your interview - they’ll definitely be asking about them! 💬

Plus, having the job descriptions saved means you don’t have to rely on your memory for what the job is asking for!

Many times job seekers apply and multiple jobs and then get an interview but forget what to prepare because the job description has already been taken off the internet. Don’t let that happen to you! 😱

“What should I write for my resume bullet points?!” 🧐

“How do I come up with accomplishments for this job?!” 🤔

Many of my clients initially have this problem of being unable to articulate their accomplishments.

But the easiest thing that someone can do QUICKLY to get some ideas is to just ASK! 👍🏼

Ask your co-workers, your bosses (former and current), friends, family.

Ask them these simple questions:
👉🏼 “What am I really good at?”
👉🏼 “What do you come to me for?”

Their answers will give you a sense of what else to include OR confirm what’s already in your resume.

THEN, when writing the bullet point, here’s a simple formula I use:
WHAT + HOW + RESULTS

🔘 What you did
➕ How well you did it
➕ The results that came from it
