Lately I’ve been managing to get my health in check and navigate some mystery ‘acid reflux’ that likes to make its presence known whenever I eat something my body isn’t a fan of. 😅
Since February, I’ve shed 4-5 lbs. While I’ve always wanted to lose that stubborn vacation weight, the way it happened was definitely unexpected. It’s been a bit of a battle with my gut health, but I’m learning to shift my perspective.
I’m choosing to speak life over my body, leaning on my faith, and refusing to let a health hiccup define who I am.
In the middle of the ‘mind-over-matter’ struggle, I’m making a conscious choice: show up for my toddler. 👧🏻
Our days are filled with more park walks, soaking up the sun, and trying to keep things balanced while managing WFH life. It’s funny how a quick, intentional skincare routine (my 5-minute sanctuary!) and getting outside completely changes my headspace, even on the days I don’t feel 100%.
If you’re battling something unknown right now, just know you’re not alone. We can’t always control how we feel, but we can control how we spend our energy.

Teaching women to take off the lies that has been holding them back from their true potential and redefining their definition of true beauty.
This past month has been a rollercoaster ride of recovery. 1️⃣ The chaos of January, combined with a relentless battle against acid reflux, pushed me to my limits.
One sleepless morning, after hours of pain, a thought crept in: “When will it all end?” ⛈️
In that moment, I realized that thought wasn’t mine; it was the enemy trying to steal my peace. I grasped the thought, surrendered it, and prayed: “Jesus, I need your help today.” 🤲🏽
As I started my morning routine, Tauren Wells’ song reminded me: “Joy is on the horizon... hold on ‘til you see the sun.” 🎶 It was the reminder I needed to shift my focus from pain to Him. Check out his music on Spotify/YouTube!
To all struggling moms: those dark thoughts aren’t yours. Remember, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10). 📖
There IS joy in the morning, even in the darkest nights. Hold on, Jesus is with you in the chaos. 🤍
Thanks, , for your soul-soothing music that reminds us of His goodness.
✨ Grace, Glow, and Gastro issues. ✨
Reflux has been a beast lately 🐉. Between the toddler chaos, running the restaurant, and a sick tummy, both my soul and my skin were waving a white flag. 🏳️
But we lean on His word: “My grace is sufficient for you.” (2 Cor 12:9). 🤍 In the middle of the juggle—the side hustle, the WFH life, and the 3-year-old energy—my 5-minute Riman ritual is my saving grace.
Today’s survival:
☀️ Post-nap Vitamin D: Soaked in the sun with my Moisture Layer Sunscreen. It gives me that signature Riman dew without the white cast or “icky” smell.
🍲 Healing Dinner: Sam Gye Tang with family! The perfect gut-healing comfort for the reflux and the soul.
Juggling a business and a toddler is a beautiful, chaotic mess. But taking those small moments to care for this “temple” makes all the difference.
In the toddler-mom trenches today? Drop a “🙏” for some extra grace (and glow)!
Sometimes self-care with a toddler on Valentine’s Day—while Dad is holding down the fort at the restaurant—means choosing “slow” over “stress.” ❤️✨
It’s setting aside time to prep breakfast and lunch early so we can fully enjoy the outdoors. Aemel gets her sunshine, and this mom doesn’t have to stress about the “what’s for dinner” mid-meltdown. By the time we’re back, the hard part is done! 🥘💨
The real game-changer for my WFH/Mom life? My skincare ritual. I don’t have to waste brainpower hunting for different brands or ingredients because the Incell-derm line has it all figured out. Whether I need deep hydration or a quick refresh, it’s all right there. 🧴✨
As a busy restaurant wife, “effortless” is my love language. I love knowing my products are:
• ✅ Clean & Safe: No panic if Aemel’s little hands get into my Multi Stick Balm.
• ✅ Fast-Absorbing: The Cream sinks in instantly so I can get back to work (or play!).
• ✅ The Ultimate Glow: Even on 4 hours of sleep, the Radiansome 100 line makes me look like I actually had a spa day.
Happy Valentine’s Day to all my fellow mamas! 💌 What’s your “slow down” ritual this weekend?

I used to think, “Is this it?”
Between the 2-year-old tantrums, the WFH hustle, and the juggling work life balance, I felt completely depleted. I was poured out for everyone else, leaving nothing for myself. I love being a mom, but I forgot how to be me.
Then, I found my “quiet in the chaos” through my skincare.
Applying the different layers, isn’t just about the glow (though the glass skin is a nice perk!). It’s a physical reminder that healing happens in layers. Just as I carefully pat each product into my skin, I’m reminded that Jesus heals us the same way—layer by layer, moment by moment.
It’s my daily prayer time. It’s my 5-minute sanctuary where I stop being a “wife,” or a “wfh mom,” and just appreciate God’s gifts.
The glow 🌟 you see on the outside? It’s just a reflection of the peace I’m finding on the inside. ✨
Mom life is beautiful, but you can’t pour from an empty cup. Take the moment. Apply the layer. Find the joy in the quiet.
Day 5 update: From “crispy” to “dewy” while chasing a toddler. 🏃♀️💨
Update on how my face is looking... 5 days straight of being consistent with my new ritual, and the recovery is REAL.
Let’s be honest: some days I can take the time to be more present with my skincare and really romanticize it. But like most moms? This routine has to be done quick, ASAP, on the fly! ✈️ Between toddler tantrums, WFH deadlines, and work life, my “me time” is usually about 3 minutes in the hallway mirror.
My face definitely needs a more deep cleansing today—who am I kidding? 😅
Thinking I’ll break out my favorite enzyme exfoliator tonight to help with this post-sun peeling!
But for the most part? My skin feels more hydrated, plump, and lifted than it has in years. This specific duo I’ve been using is doing all the heavy lifting to restore my skin’s strength and elasticity after that sun damage.
I’m finally seeing that signature glow peek through the exhaustion. ✨

Lately I’ve been getting a lot more irritated and it’s not just one of those don’t bother me, I haven’t-had-my-coffee yet kinda morning !
Anyone feeling this same type of way?? My inner struggle have been a result of me internalizing something that was said to me… I took it too personally and for a few days chose those words to define who I am as a person! If y’all feel me, can we agree to let go of this dilemma and accept that people will always have opinions about us no matter what but to also hold on to the truth.
The truth is that I am still loved, that my shortcoming does not define who I am as a person.
If y’all feeling like this lately give me a 😑✌🏼.
Say peace out to those bad juju and let’s remember we are valued, we are loved and most importantly, we matter!
