𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
Rules are what stopped me from creating for a long time. I thought I needed to know more before I could begin. Now I approach painting with curiosity and experimentation. That’s how I discovered what works for me and what doesn’t. Fundamentals matter and can come later, but intuitive painting needs ease and fun to keep you creating.

𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

Making time for friendship gets harder as we get older. Life gets busy, people get busy, and it takes real effort to keep those bonds alive.

But I've also learned there's peace in enjoying my own company too, like this, hands in chalk paint, making something for my mom's 80th birthday, just me and the quiet of my studio.

Both matter. Reaching out to the people who matter, and being okay alone with your own thoughts.
