Job Description:
A Cultivation Technician is responsible for cannabis plant care in all stages of growth including propagation, vegetative stage, flowering stage, harvest, and post-harvest. The Cultivation Technician works under the direct supervision of the General Manager and the Lead Grower.

Major areas of responsibility include cloning, transplanting, pruning, defoliating, low stress training, trellising, inspecting for pests and pathogens, identifying toxicities and deficiencies, cleaning and sterilizing all associated equipment used in the cultivation process as well as the greenhouses and general storage areas.

Minimum Qualifications
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years horticultural experience or in a related field
• Working knowledge of medical and recreational cannabis industry
• Ability to work in hot humid conditions on concrete for long periods of
time, standing, walking around, and preforming manual labor
associated with plant care
• Ability to lift ~40 pounds
• Ability to take direction, comprehend, and complete tasks as
assigned in a timely manner
• Maintain open communication with management and fellow co-workers
• Candidate must be at least 21 years of age
• Candidate must pass all required pre-employment screenings including but not limited to a CORI report
