After a windy and chilly day in Wayne, Nebraska, the Cyclones battled through the elements to come home with a series sweep against Wayne State! 🔥

⭐️ Ella — came up big with solid hitting and aggressive base running!
⭐️ Kaitlynn — pushed through in the circle and kept the energy high all game long!

We hit the road to face the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and despite a tough start, the Cyclones fought back to win the series!

⭐️ Kaitlynn — sparked the rally that shifted the energy our way
⭐️ Cidni — crushed a home run that kept the momentum rolling!
⭐️ Natalie — battled through tough innings on the mound and ended the inning with a huge pop fly catch!

Proud of this team for showing grit, energy, and Cyclone fight from the first pitch to the last.

We kicked the season off with an ISU sweep against Kansas State!

Hey Cyclones! Are you interested in joining a club sport?! Come try out for club softball! We are holding tryouts on February 3rd and 5th from 8:45-9:45 pm! This is a great opportunity for you to join a competitive team as well as meet some amazing gals with similar interests! 🚨GAME DAY RECAP🚨
Wasn’t the turnout we had hoped for HOWEVER the team still put in their best efforts for all 3 games. We also have started something new, a Wonder-Woman Award! This is awarded at the end of each game for a player we thought stood out and made great plays. Game 1 was awarded to center fielder Taylor. Game 2 was our pitcher/1st basemen Kaitlynn. Game 3 was awarded to catcher/3rd baseman Carly. Super proud of these 3 as they played amazing, but the whole team was also amazing! While this does end our fall season, we‘lol still be working at it for spring season:) ❤️💛
