Stating next week in June, I will be teaching at Charles E. Warford Activity Center again. Wednesday night step aerobics and Friday night dance aerobics. I am a little nervous, anxious, un prepared and excited. Let’s have fun shake our butts and laugh and dance ourselves into shape.
Who has done there 10 min to 45 min work out today?
Any type of movement is good movement .
Tip for the day: One way to stay in in control of your food and doing less exercise is a food log. That has helped me tremendously !
I have recently made changes in my life. Moving twice in a month and one is relocating towns. We all know how there is stress in moving and finding a new job.
How have you kept on track with staying healthy when changes have been made?
One thing I have done is be more cautious of what I am eating. And when I do eat my carbs for the day I try to have them mid day. My exercise is different and less than I am used to, but remembering to keep moving is my focus.
I would love to hear how all of you deal with changes and stay focused on staying healthy at the same time.
