Thank you to all who have donated to the new marching band uniforms!

It's not too late to add your donation. Each uniform is $550. All donations are tax-deductible through the WSR High School Band Boosters 501(c)(3) and the WSR Band Fund at the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa.

50 of our WSRHS Band students performed today in Memorial Day Observances in Shell Rock and Waverly. They did such a great job and received many compliments. It’s an honor for our band to support our veterans.

Join us for our 7th/8th Grade Spring Band concert tonight at 7:15pm in the MS auditorium! You will hear film music, electronic dub step music, and a programmatic piece with the combined 7/8 band! Congratulations to 8th graders Kinnick Boyer and Cole Langner on a very successful All Iowa 8th Grade Honor Band Concert at the Iowa Bandmasters Conference in Des Moines on Thursday! This is the highest honor an 8th grader can be awarded. Congrats to these two! Your futures are bright!

All State Jazz Band rehearsal is underway in Johnston. Beckett Hunzelman and Lincoln Lorenzen are representing W-SR today very well!
