Sigma Tau Delta at Sul Ross State University Alpha Zeta Chapter

Sigma Tau Delta at Sul Ross State University Alpha Zeta Chapter International English Honor Society at Sul Ross State University, Alpine, Texas in the Big Bend Region Membership into Sigma Tau Delta is by invitation only.

Members must hold at least a 3.0 GPA, be an English major or minor, and be dedicated to fostering “literacy and all aspects of the discipline of English.” Members of this international honor society are distinguished by their “high achievement in English language, literature, and writing.” After the ceremony, the new inductees were feted by an intimate gathering of faculty and peers. The faculty advisors are Dr. Rosemary Briseño and Dr. Francine Richter.
