In our workouts we work in time intervals, where you must deliver your own 100% and you must demand according to your own abilities. Interval training allows us to gather people of different age, structure and physical condition in the same training. If each one gives 100%, the objective of the training is achieved.We are synonymous with High Intensity, where effort is synonymous with results.Short training sessions: 35 minutes of complete training including joint mobility, dynamic warm-up, DEE HIIT Rounds and back to calm with full body stretching.The variety of DEE HIIT training ranges from Full Body Workout workouts where we work all muscle areas through multi-joint movements, to localized workouts that focus on specific areas.Development of all physical abilities: Strength, resistance, speed, flexibility, agility, coordination and balance.Muscle toning and fat burning are a direct result of DEE HIIT workouts. Measurements have indicated that during the 35minutes of DEE HIIT training we have burned 425 calories. During the next two hours we have burned 625more calories. High intensity workouts activate the metabolism for up to 24 hours.DEE HIIT trainings have no limits. You can work with your body weight or incorporate some elements. Also, there is no need for ample spaces, you can do them anywhere, indoor or outdoor.
