When was the last time you updated your vision board for yourself?

We make one for our career, dreams and even places we want to visit but have we taken the time to to create one just for ourselves? It sounds easy but as I write a chapter I express how building your current vision on old bricks made from material that no longer exists can lead to a condemned vision.

My advice, change the way you self talk yourself as I am learning to do. Learn how to unf**k yourself. We f**k ourselves the most, it sucks when we find the excuses for the chances we want to take. Making up reasons allowing others to make us feel sh*tty, physically sick or cleaning up their messes. Why are we doing that?

Change you vision board, maybe you aren’t artistic where paper and cut outs are your thing...make it digital baby (you got a phone right). What is stopping you after reading this? How many excuses did you just come up with not to put five to ten pictures together just to make yourself snap out of a bad day or to embrace the small things. That’s how we start to unf**k ourselves.

Say “I will” vs “I am going to” and tell yourself the truth. Say it enough until you actually believe it. You have to be honest with yourself before you will be honest with anyone else or your just a f**king lying.
