With experience in budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder coordination, Blake helps keep projects moving while staying aligned with each client’s goals and vision.

Known for being responsive, reliable, and easy to work with, Blake takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering projects that make a lasting impact.

Her experience working with youth athletes helped shape a people-first approach rooted in collaboration, communication, and creating positive experiences throughout every stage of a project.

Serving communities across North DFW, Abby is committed to building meaningful relationships and helping clients bring safe, durable, and exciting play environments to life, from neighborhood parks to schools and community spaces.

Her enthusiasm, dedication, and passion for inclusive recreation make her a valued part of the webuildfun team.

Meet Rich Falkowski, our Florida Operations Manager.

With more than 20 years in the playground sales and installation industry, Rich brings deep expertise in managing complex recreational projects across Florida, from site coordination and logistics to final safety inspections. He oversees installation crews throughout the state, helping ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Rich understands that playgrounds are more than equipment. They’re community spaces where families gather, kids stay active, and neighborhoods come to life. His leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality help bring those spaces to communities across Florida every day.
