This event is meant for all couples! No membership or experience needed.

Every first Friday of the month is Ladies Night! It’s a completely free, beginner friendly, and fun class option. Dip your toe into bjj, expand your knowledge with fundamental moves, or just join us to make new friends and hangout!
We’ll walk down the road to Kelly’s for a drink and snack afterwards. Bring your sisters, cousins, daughters, and friends!
All females, 13+, no jiu jitsu experience necessary.

An adults only class will be offered at noon on Friday, November 28th. Come work off the Thursday feast with friends on the mats!
