Thank you to our entire community for another fun-filled House Cup. It was definitely back and forth this year with lead changes every week, but congrats again to Team 🦁 and our House Member Champions and Insta-less Marilyn, both of Team Hufflepuff 🦡

MORE IMPORTANTLY, we are so very proud of community for always contributing for a cause greater than our own. We were able to collectively raise over $10,000 to go towards Fund and Foundation 🐶 🐢 Thank you all, we truly couldn’t do it without each and everyone’s support 🫶🫶🫶

What a heartfelt day we were blessed with yesterday during our Memorial WOD benefiting the Kobe Kekoa Foundation! We are grateful that members and were willing and able to share their story with us as we wrap up ❤️ Week, and our community that showed up (some even w/ vests on!) and repped out for donations during our classes all day long.

Forever blessed for the community and relationships we form to create such a generous and supportive Capital family. Thank you to each and everyone one of you! 🫶
