XENSHA is a worker cooperative with operating subsidiaries offering business consulting, tutoring, handyman services, and cooperatively structure advertising.

We're helping.™ We've structured XENSHA to help our Members work the way that they want to work. The cooperative owns several operating subsidiaries, each focused on some type of work, and the Members are employed by the subsidiaries that appeal to their interests and skill sets. Each subsidiary is democratically managed by its particular employees and administered by a Manager appointed by all of the Members of the cooperative.
