Our 6th grade students are exploring basic sources of energy and discovering how energy can be transformed from one form to another. Through hands-on electrical circuit experiments, they are seeing firsthand how energy transformations make many of the devices we use every day possible.

By building and testing circuits, students are learning that electrical energy can be converted into light, sound, and motion, helping them understand the important role energy plays in our daily lives.

Students and teachers had a wonderful time together.

🚀🪂 STEAM Takes Flight! 🪂🚀

Our 5th grade STEAM students headed outside today for some hands-on learning and high-flying fun! Students designed, built, and launched stomp rockets, exploring concepts like force, motion, and aerodynamics. They also created parachutes, testing how design choices affect speed, drag, and landing success.

There were plenty of cheers, creative problem-solving, and scientific discoveries as students experimented, observed, and improved their designs. What a great day of learning through exploration and play!
