If DNA is necessary to determine someone's race, how did these scientists know that Shemai was Black? Because it isn't. Race is determined by your phenotype (bone structure, limb proportions, hair type, melanin in the skin, & skull shape). All of this can be observed without DNA. - People will bring DNA as if it has anything to do with people's appearance. It does not work like that. Your genetic affiliation doesn't determine what you look like. The perfect example of this is people from the Jarawa tribe in India. Genetically they have ties with other Asian groups around them, but in terms of phenotype they look like Black people from Africa. Evidence that their genetic affiliation has nothing to do with their appearance.

Vestal’s book, on page 188, it is suggested that Henry Kissinger, while heading the National Security Council in 1972, wrote a confidential report on the future of Ethiopia. Kissinger recommended that the United States should exploit internal tensions in Ethiopia by taking advantage of vulnerabilities that include ethnic, religious, and other divisions. Furthermore, National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSS200) discussed ‘the necessary threshold for industrial development in Africa should be curtailed’. This establishes best way to preserve the status quo control of the Red Sea as well to counter transnational Pan-Africanism from rising in the Horn of Africa.
