Lecture series on the literature of the SW, established in 2010 through a gift from the renowned fiction writer Rudolfo Anaya and his late wife Patricia Anaya to the UNM English Department. us Professor Anaya was a founder of the Creative Writing Program in the English Dept., and he is an internationally known man of letters whose writings reflect the experience and cultures of the SW. The lecture is free and open to all community members interested in the literature of the SW.
