Incredible VALUE in Four Hills! If you have friends or family that you would love to have as neighbors in Four Hills, send them to see this charming, character-filled home. The OPEN SIGHT LINES from room to room create an easy flow through the home, yet the living, dining, kitchen, entertaining & office/studio areas feel separate. Very appealing! Unique brick archways & feature walls add to the Mediterranean feel of the design. Come see for yourself!
I just read on Realtor.com the top 20 Hot Housing Markets include Oshkosh/Neenah Wi as Top #5! Wowza!
Story excerpt:
Why homebuyers are heading back to big cities
“Larger urban markets were especially in demand this month, with the largest 40 markets across the country getting five ranks hotter, on average, since April 2023,” says Jones.
A renewed return to the office among companies is likely fueling this trend.
“Large metros continue to heat up as homebuyers return to office and look for a home near business hubs,” Jones says. “These areas pulled in about 11% more views per listing than was typical in the U.S. in April, and homes spent nine fewer days on the market than the U.S. median.”
The hottest metro in April was Manchester-Nashua, NH, ranked No. 1 for the eighth time in the past year. Its less-than-an-hour commute to Boston and 34% cheaper price point than Beantown means this market likely won’t cool off anytime soon. Rounding out the top five are Rochester, NY; Springfield, MA; Concord, NH; and Oshkosh-Neenah, WI.
