Edge Water Quilting

I’m working on the Terrace Views Quilt pattern from Anna Maria’s Blueprint Quilting book. Slowly but surely I’ll get this beautiful quilt sewn together.

Can’t beat the nice temperature in the 505 so me and the girls went for a walk. Next up is some much needed sewing time. ✌🏼➕🩷

Got a little creative this morning and started another quilt — I usually plan my quilts but today I just started cutting & sewing, letting my heart guide me. I was thinking of my late father and let my mind wander while listening to Apache singer Joe Tohonnie, Jr., feeling inspired by the beauty of his music. I don’t miss him preaching to me but I do cherish the memories of his laugh. On a side note, my phone likes to take vivid photos so the colors are a bit more muted.😜

Going old school with TLC’s Crazy Sexy Cool while prepping this lovely kitty quilt to go on the longarm. I haven’t jammed to the music on my relic iPod in years - it’s so mega! 🎶

I believe I finally have all the pieces to put the blocks together for the Zia Quilt pattern Kathy Tolbert. SQUEE 🤩 I’ve had the unfinished pieces in a coffin for far too many years and finally dug it out to finish it. Wish me luck! 😝
