We are devastated to share news that our athlete, our friend and our teammate Andrew Bigelow has passed away from an unfortunate accident. The entire coaching staff is heartbroken, and we want you to know how much we love each and every one of you. The family is working on memorial services, and we will post the information once we know. In the meantime, please support each other, and please reach out to a trusted adult if you are having any difficulties.

My wife says the "it will never happen", happened. Yesterday, with a lot of conflicting emotions, I took the position to be the next Head Boys Track Coach at Rio Rancho High. There will never be enough words for how Manzano shaped me. Almost everything in my adult life has come from here. My friends. My growth as a teacher. My experience as a coach to set me up for this next step. Even my wife is because of purple and silver. I will miss this place and hope that the relationships we have built will continue. Part of me will always bleed purple.

Track season is underway and I am not sure if we still need this page. I'd appreciate feedback.

There is limited information on how the current Covid situation will impact spring athletics once the schools re open. We will share information as it is available. In the meantime stay healthy and stay active. When we are given the go ahead to start, we need athletes to be mentally and physically prepared.
