Helping teachers become entrepreneurs by designing online classes using Ash Maurya's canvas model. Today I'm working on vs. channels to attract paying students.

We have to start moving over to the students’ perspective. We have to discover where they focus their time and attention, so we can deliver a crucial message to them: “Hey, you! My class exists and it’s what you want!”

If students don’t know that simple fact, they’ll never sign up.
