The Crane is all about balance. Balance is closure.

When listening with our mind open, we are apt to be more in the moment, thus more responsive and therefore able to train for total awareness.

The Crane covers are active rest and simultaneous preparation.

This poem is certainly worth considering.

Although it does not

Intention means a settled direction of the mind toward the doing of a given action.

Hesitation and indecision play no part....

Discipline is almost too obvious to mention.
