October Networking Event- HR Basics w/ Tammy Gray
Tuesday, October 19, 2021
6:00PM to 8:00PM
Zeffiro's Pizzeria Downtown
136 N Water Street
Las Cruces, NM 88001

Mrs. Gray will be discussing common human resource issues faced by small businesses and how to overcome them.

Tammy Gray grew up in a construction family, the third generation of what is now a fourth-generation family-owned construction business operating in Oregon & Utah. Tammy was a licensed general contractor before being “distracted” by a career in finance and insurance.

Her banking career spanned 33 years where she worked as both a mortgage lender and a commercial lender. Working with entrepreneurs and small businesses is truly her passion and has been the driving force behind her career path. While still working in her banking career, she started TGray & Company as a consulting firm providing resources to small businesses. This entity was born from an unmet need that her commercial clients were seeking and no one was providing. So, she stepped up and gathered the resources together to assist them.
