The survival patterns we develop in childhood often stick with us into adulthood. These patterns—whether it’s people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, or staying small—were once there to protect us. But as adults, they can block our growth and connection.⁣

Healing starts when you notice these patterns and recognize they no longer serve you. The key is becoming aware and creating space for new, healthier responses. You’re no longer in survival mode—you’re safe to thrive. ⁣

Here's how I learned to silence that voice: by recognizing it for what it is—a story, not a fact.⁣
