Looking to bring custom imagery into your space? Here’s a helpful tip: for best results, we recommend using images that are at least 150 PPI at final print size. Lower-resolution images can lose clarity when enlarged, especially on large wall graphics.

Now let’s talk material. Our go-to option is DreamScape High Performance Suede: a premium wallcovering material designed for consistent, high-quality printing. It features a subtle suede texture, offers excellent durability, and carries Type II performance credentials for scrubbability, tensile strength, and tear resistance. It is also Class A fire rated and meets NFPA ratings for smoke development.

In short: it looks great, holds up beautifully, and helps prioritize safety in
commercial interiors.

We believe in creating products that stand the test of time, with a focus on durability, quality, and sustainability. Here at the shop, our paint of choice is Matthews Acrylic Polyurethane sign paint. It’s long-lasting, low-VOC, and a more environmentally conscious option for the work we do.

We’re very excited for TCON Construction and this next chapter. It was an honor to provide the lettering for their new Albuquerque headquarters. The gold and white architectural letter sets on the black background create a bold, visually striking result! ✨

Color matching: you either love it or hate it!

We’re definitely in the “love it” camp. It’s one of the many behind-the-scenes problem-solving parts of sign design that keeps things interesting.

Printing across different materials means every job comes with its own variables. Ink, substrate, finish, and lighting can all shift how a color shows up. That’s why test prints are an essential part of the process, and our color swatch books get a lot of use.

It can be a little tedious, but dialing in the right color is always worth it.

And honestly… nothing beats opening a fresh Pantone book. 😍

Have you seen Albuquerque's International Sunport since all of the recent renovations?

Here are some examples of the custom wayfinding signs we've had the honor of designing and installing over the years! It was important that we compliment the Sunport's unique architecture, so we utilized a wood grain print for backing and bordering that emulates the same wood you see in the ceiling beams.
