Best news ever!!! Some news turned into a long story but I promise its worth the read.... or at least I think it is😘!

Honestly I can NOT believe I have been with my company for over a year now and I still get just as excited about my packages today as I did about my first initial order with my kit!🙌😍 That speaks volumes about a company, in my opinion!!

Typically excitement fades or lessens over time with companies, jobs, objects, or anything and everything really. When you first join something or get a new something, you are over the moon excited and everything is so shiny, beautiful, and NEW😍😍🤩🤩! You probably even go and tell everyone you know about your new thing or new adventure and you want everyone to know just how amazing it is. For me, I did just that but it was not planned that way at all. Keep reading.....😉

I signed up as a Beauty Influencer with Farmasi just strictly to get the 50% discount on all my beauty products and makeup. When I found out it was only $19.99 to join and there literally were NO 🚫🙅‍♀️ strings or fees attached, it was a no-brainer for me to sign up for the discount. I thought I'll just use the discount for personal use and if my family wants to try something I'll have them order from me....no big deal 😉! I had ZERO intention in joining Farmasi to actually work it as a business. I mean technically I could be called a "Kit-napper" (someone who joins a company just to get the discounted kit products with no intention of doing anything with the business side of things). It was a selfish move on my part and little did I know, that selfish $20 move would actually change my life!!🤯

During the first week, when I received my kit, I was so excited about all of it and I wanted to show it to everybody. I wanted to show everybody not to try to sell them the products but rather to say "OMG look at all this fun makeup and skincare and stuff I got for my own personal use and guess how much I paid!!" I have a tendency when I get a good deal on something or find a bargain, I like to share with my friends so they can take advantage of the bargain too! Sharing is caring right?!😅 So thats what my very first live video on Facebook was. It was me just being stupidly giddy🤩🤩 about my new products and the bargain I paid for them!!

I had NO intention of working Farmasi as a business. I was busy enough with my clothing boutique and my image consulting that I could not imagine adding something else to my plate🤔.
Well as you can imagine, all my friends on that Facebook Live wanted to know how they could get this 50% discount and the products in the kit and they were all asking me where to go to sign up!!

😳I had NO clue where to tell them to go or what my link to my website even was🤣 at that point! Afterall, I would have probably been more prepared had I thought it all through a little more but I was just too excited to think details 😅!

I ended up telling everyone I'd get them the info after the live and I would PM them! This would buy me some more time to play with my new products😅 and not to have to think about details. 🙈🤣

After my live, I sat and thought for a good 15 minutes or so about what to do next?!?!
My options were:
A. Decide to give Farmasi a try, as a business, and give all these people my link so they could sign up (and get their 50% discount ) with me and I would start a team.
Or
B. I could just pass these people along to my sponsor or to one of my friends that sells Farmasi and has a team. That way I didn't have to worry about anything. (This is what I commonly did in the past with previous companies So it was the familiar, comfortable option😉)

Well after 15 mins, (which is rather short because the answer was CLEAR ) I found my link and sent them my link with details on how to join and get the massive discount. That first week I think I had 8 people join me🤯 and what was supposed to just be a personal discount had turned into a business opportunity!! I was blown away by this. In my previous experiences with network marketing I always focused on strictly sales and never really even entertained the "team idea" until joining my last company right before Farmasi. With that company I really wanted to try building a team and in the year I was with them I built a team of a whopping 3 people!! Not for lack of trying either! I was just not having any luck and I was convinced maybe I was not cut out for being a team leader🤷‍♀️. With all that said you can probably imagine the kinds of thoughts that were going through my head with trying to make this decision with Farmasi🙈. To build a team or to pass them along to friends. I was thinking should I try again or is this really not meant for me?

Well to wrap up this loooong story let me see if I can condense it a little for you. If you are still here reading way to go and keep going! Story gets more interesting soon👇😉

So basically today I sit here one year later and I am so flippin excited about a box 📦 that FedEx is set to deliver to me. I feel the same amount of giddiness and excitement as I did when my kit was going to be delivered!! I have not lost ANY of that excitement, passion, giddiness, or motivation that I had a year ago. If anything, my excitement might be stronger because I now have a team of over 50 INCREDIBLE HUMANS that I get to work with on a daily basis to help them reach and crush their dreams and goals! And there is the fact that the box contains all the holiday gift sets that I'm dying to see😅! Lol 🤷‍♀️ its the truth, I love little sets with cute boxes and bags! Im kinda a suckered for presentation of a product🤷‍♀️😳!! Anyways...to continue the story.... I have the BEST job ever. I work from home or actually I work from wherever I am(ex a beach in cabo, Starbucks, or even on a cruise)!! My business is my life and my life is my business! My business is actually my lifestyle that I have chosen and I could not be more grateful!!♥️ My lifestyle and my job allow me to have the freedom to set my own schedule, work when I want and where I want, and the freedom to do all the things in my life that fill my heart with gratitude and happiness! People often ask what I love most about my job and honestly the thing I love the most is the people! My team and my customers are my favorite parts of what I do!! I love that I get the opportunity to serve others and help others on a daily basis. Its so cool!! For example on any given day, I might be able to help someone get the right products for their teenage son who is struggling with Acne. The acne has been causing some major social issues in this boys life and the mom was desperate to help him and had tried so many things already😢. Well through the correct products and about 90 days we have been able to clear his acne and the problems it was causing with his social life are also gone. 👏👏 How amazing is that? And how amazing is it that I know I was able to really help him!! Pretty freaking amazing if you ask me!! He has regained his self confidence again and he feels good about his skin. He jokes and tells me sometimes he is a little embarrassed when he stays at a buddies house because he takes his skincare "suitcase" and he feels like a woman with all the different products in a big bag😅🤣! But he also said "Its so worth it though, to have clear skin."

So through a few simple products I was able to impact and help someone's life!! Well actually I was able to impact multiple people in this example... the boy, his mom, and even myself!😉 It's such an amazing feeling knowing my work has the ability to change and impact others lives in so many positive ways!! This is just one example but I have hundreds stored in my memory bank to remind me that the work I do matters and it is so much more than selling some products on social media!!

Another example would be that with a team member or BI(beauty influencer). A woman joined my Farmasi team some months ago. When she came to me she had experience in direct sales and network marketing but had never been very successful with it. She felt she put in the effort but nothing was working! We started working together and she now has built her own successful Farmasi business and team and she is getting paychecks bigger than in any other checks from selling opportunities in her past. We have worked one on one on things like self confidence, product knowledge, social platforms and using them effectively, going Live with confidence and professionalism, recruiting, graphic making, branding, business building, target audiences, and more. She has gone above and beyond to get the training she needs to help her be successful!! I have many of these topics and trainings available to my entire team at any time in a self directed training program but this woman went way above all of that and made a commitment to work with me in greater detail. A few weeks ago she said to me "Remember when I was so scared to go Live at all?" I said "Yes of course I remember!" She then says "Now I can go live without hesitation, I don't get nervous anymore, and I actually enjoy going live!"
And this right here⬆️ is another perfect example of why I love my job so much and how I get to serve others! Serving others is a passion of mine and I'm so glad I didn't let the fear and the "What ifs" stop me from giving out my link to those women, a year ago. If I had listened to the chatter in my mind then I would probably be sitting here listening to more chatter in my mind instead of getting ready to have a day filled with zoom meetings, phone calls, training opportunities, and serving people. Also I would certainly not be as excited about this box thats being delivered today from Farmasi!!
Funny how the world works sometimes and I thought this experience was a great one to share with all of you! I dont think I've ever told this story in its full capacity so here it is, thanks for taking time to read it!
