Impact Martial Arts and Fitness

in helping our members make and achieve personal healthy lifestyle goals. We offer a variety of group fitness classes: TRX (Total Resistance Exercise), resistance bands, kickboxing, cycling and Muay Thai. It doesn't matter about your age or health/physical restrictions, we are here to help you and guide you. We will ensure that you are doing each of the exercises correctly and encourage you to meet your personal goals safely. Kids Karate classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Little Ninjas class (beginners) runs from 4:00-4:30pm (starting age of 4), the Tiger's class is 4:30-5:00pm, the Dragon's class is 5:00-5:30pm, and teens/adults run later in the evening from 7:00-8:00pm. As a student of our karate program, you will progress through our belt system by achieving the requirements needed. You will be taught various self-defense solutions along with beginning to advanced kicking and striking techniques. If you choose, you have the opportunity to compete at local and national karate competitions during your training. We are a highly-successful karate competition team with numerous national champions from all ages in our school.
