Advanced Foods students took on a three-day culinary challenge! 🍝
Day 1: Mixed and kneaded fresh pasta dough.
Day 2: Rolled and shaped it into noodles.
Day 3: Cooked their pasta to perfection and topped it with homemade Alfredo sauce.
A true taste of patience, skill, and teamwork—delizioso! 👩🍳👨🍳✨

Homecoming week kicked off with a pepfest and the naming of royalty!

How amazing did these bean bag boards turn out? They were built by students in Woods class, designed and painted by our students in Painting Class, and the FACS classes sewed the bean bags.

ALHS Machining and Manufacturing students built and air motor using parts they made with a CNC (computer numeric control) mill. The mill was loaned to ALHS from St. Cloud State.

Another year another shed completed by the Construction Class. This shed was built for the high school to store student built beanbag boards.

What a night to remember at Jim Gustafson Field! The Albert Lea High School Class of 2025—our 141st graduating class—crossed the stage and stepped boldly into their futures. We are so proud of everything our graduates have achieved and the challenges they’ve overcome. Thank you to our families, staff, and community members for supporting these outstanding students. The 9th grade career exploration class and 11th grade mentorship program teamed up again today to conduct mock interviews using behavioral questions! These youngsters are ready for hire!
