Alison Curtis suffered from a seizure and it was discovered she had a brain tumor, This page is to follow her journey to recovery. We love you all.
My sister, Alison Curtis is a 17 year old senior at Ballston Spa High School in Ballston Spa, New York. On Thursday, October 22nd, 2015 she suffered a grand mal seizure at home. Our mother, Lori Curtis, luckily heard her and went to her rescue. She was brought to Saratoga Hosptial where a CT scan showed she had a mass on her brain. She was then transferred to Albany Medical PICU. After an MRI show

Another year has passed and Alison has triumphantly cleared her last yearly MRI. With no changes, she's nearing a decade of victory over her challenges and will now shift to biennial scans, a testament to her strength! Congratulations to my baby girl, you're a shining star. I love you so much❤️

Nine years ago today we waited for the next day for surgery as my daughter Alison Curtis demonstrated unparalleled resilience at Albany Medical Center, facing a brain tumor diagnosis with courage. Through the power of prayer, family, and friends, she conquered this challenge. Every day, I marvel at her remarkable progress, fueled by her unwavering determination. Well today is Ali’s yearly MRI. We are just over 8 years of this experience. Our goal is to have another clean MRI. Prayers 🙏🏼 please. ❤️ never give up strength, fight , faith.

It’s been 8 years today that we found out Alison had a brain tumor. I’m so thankful for everyday . I continue to pray that there’s no recurrence and that she lives a wonderful long and healthy life. ❤️🙏🏼
