This position blends instructional support, relational engagement, and substitute teaching capacity within a therapeutic educational environment. Long Term Care & Treatment (LTCT) provides comprehensive PreK–Grade 12 education within day treatment and residential settings, partnering with behavioral health providers and school districts to ensure continuity of instruction and student- centered transitions.

The Student Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting students as they engage in education during residential or treatment placement and as they prepare to transition back to their home districts. This position requires flexibility, strong organizational systems, and the ability to step into instructional, relational, and supervisory duties seamlessly.

The role is designed to flex based on candidate strengths and program needs, with substitute teaching capability prioritized when licensure is held or obtained.

What a great afternoon at the Diamond Hill RV Park Resource Fair!

We were excited to bring together local organizations, resources, food, and fun for residents to connect with community partners and one another. From pizza and yard games to meaningful conversations and resource sharing, it was a wonderful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together.
