For the past three years, Khaniyah has served with excellence as our Chief Operating Officer, demonstrating unwavering dedication, hard work, and a passion for our mission. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently introduced innovative ideas, strengthened operations, and inspired growth through her strong leadership. We are excited and honored to welcome Khaniyah into her new role as CEO. We look forward to the continued success and impact our organization will achieve under her visionary leadership.

I am pleased to announce the launch of The Blooming Corner!!!, my first 30-Day Goal Challenge. This challenge is designed to help you establish and achieve your goals.

As a certified Goal Coach, I have observed that numerous clients face challenges in fulfilling their objectives. I am here to support you. Throughout this challenge, you will set weekly goals, and I will provide weekly check-ins and daily motivation to ensure your continued progress. You will also be integrated into a community of individuals who share your goal-oriented mindset. Having a supportive network makes achieving goals significantly easier.

The cost to join my first challenge is a one-time fee of $10, exclusive to this month. Only 10 slots are available!!!! The challenge starts September 7.

We are proud to announce the launch of the D.O.P.E. Leadership Academy, an exciting new initiative designed exclusively for graduating high school seniors. This dynamic, four-week leadership cohort will prepare incoming college freshmen to lead with purpose, confidence, and excellence as they transition into higher education.

The D.O.P.E. Leadership Academy will offer a transformative experience that equips students with essential skills in communication, critical thinking, team building, and community engagement. Participants will learn from inspiring mentors, collaborate with peers, and take part in hands-on leadership projects that lay the foundation for lifelong success.

This is more than a program, it's a movement. It's about shaping leaders who are Driven, Optimistic, Purposeful, and Empowered.

We are excited about this new adventure and the opportunity to invest in the future leaders of tomorrow. Let the journey begin with D.O.P.E. Leadership Academy!
