Pillsbury bread flour was only $3.99 for a 5 lb. bag at Hannaford, so I thought I'd try some flatbreads with it. The dough was just a bit less elastic than with King Arthur bread flour ($5.85).

My mom’s Sour Cream Coffee Cake with a walnut/brown sugar filling, made into cupcakes. Divided the recipe by 3 and made 9 little cakes. They freeze really well. (My mom loved nuts!)
