Minimum Requirements:
- Clean background clearance through the GA Department of Early Care and Learning
- One of the following credentials:
- CDA (Child Development Associate)
- Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC)
- Technical Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Related Care

For Director Positions:
- Must possess a 40-Hour Director's Training Certificate
- Plus one of the following:
- CDA
- Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC)
- ECE Diploma or degree in a related field
