🎓 Saving the Best for Last: 5th Grade Honors Day & Farewell! 🌟

The grand finale is here! We are wrapping up our Honors Day spotlights with the absolute stars of the show—our incredible 5th graders!

Last Friday was a beautifully bittersweet day for our oldest Bulldogs. Not only did we celebrate their massive academic achievements, hard work, and leadership, but we also said our official farewells as they prepared to cross the stage one last time at Robert Harvey Elementary.

Class of 2026, you have left a lasting mark on our school. You've shown resilience, kindness, and true Bulldog pride. While we are sad to see you leave our hallways, we are incredibly excited to watch you conquer middle school and beyond!

🍎 A Special Farewell & Shout-Out! 🍏

As we say goodbye to our 5th graders, we also want to send a huge, heartfelt shout-out to someone who has been a cornerstone of the 5th-grade team. Mr. Ward, our incredible 5th-grade math teacher for the last several years, is moving on to bigger and greater things outside of Albany, GA!

Mr. Ward, thank you for making math click, for your dedication to our students, and for being such a wonderful part of our Bulldog family. Robert Harvey won't be quite the same without you, but we wish you the absolute best on your new adventures! Please join us in the comments in thanking Mr. Ward and wishing him well! 💙📊

The celebration continues! We are keeping the momentum going and turning the spotlight over to our fabulous 4th graders!

Last Friday was such a proud moment for these students as they were recognized for their hard work, academic growth, and leadership this year. As the rising leaders of our school, these Bulldogs have shown so much determination and heart, and it was an honor to celebrate their achievements on the last day of school.

A huge congratulations to all of our award recipients and a massive thank you to the families who cheered them on every step of the way! 🏆💙

🎉 First Up in the Spotlight: 3rd Grade Honors Day! 🌟

The celebration starts right now! We are kicking off our grade-level spotlights with our incredible 3rd graders!

Last Friday, these amazing students walked across the stage to celebrate a year of tremendous growth, hard work, and big achievements. Moving into the upper grades is a big milestone, and these Bulldogs absolutely crushed it this year. We could not be prouder of their dedication and the positive energy they brought to Robert Harvey Elementary every single day!

🎉 Better Late Than Never! Let’s Celebrate Our Stars! 🌟

We might be a few days into summer break, but we just have to look back at the incredible finish to our school year! Last Friday was an absolute whirlwind of celebration and pride here at Robert Harvey Elementary.

Before we officially headed off into the Memorial Day weekend, we hosted our 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade Honors Day programs. Our students have worked so incredibly hard all year long, and getting to recognize their achievements on the very last day of school was the perfect send-off.

Please forgive our slightly late post—between the end-of-year packing, summer prep, and the holiday weekend, time got away from us! But the delay takes absolutely nothing away from how incredibly proud we are of every single student. 💙🐾

We teach our students that "Home of the Brave" isn't just a lyric—it’s a debt we owe to those who never came home. Their legacy lives on in the classrooms they protected and the future they secured for our children.

As we close out another incredible school year, we want to thank our students, staff, teachers, and families for making this year so special. Watching our students learn, grow, achieve, and create memories throughout the year has been such a joy! ✨📚

Today was filled with smiles, celebrations, hugs, laughter, and proud moments as we wrapped up the 2025–2026 school year together. We are so proud of all of our students and everything they accomplished this year! 🎓🌟

I am currently working diligently behind the scenes editing photos and videos and putting together all of the wonderful memories captured today! 📸🎥 I will be posting as many programs, highlights, photos, and videos as possible throughout the evening and tomorrow, so please be patient with me as I work through everything. 😊
