For this week's Korean class, Jiwan (right) and her student Sarah (left) made Tteokbokki, a popular street food in Korea made up of rice cakes and fish cakes in a spicy broth, as well as Gyeran-mari, or Korean egg rolls. They were delicious (and very spicy)!!

We love when former students (and staff!) come back to visit. Michael Delfino took several years of Korean with us before becoming a part of the CRLC team! 3 years ago, he moved to South Korea to conduct research at The Academy of Korean Studies while working towards his Master's degree. Last week, we wished farewell to our fabulous German teacher, Ellen. She is off to pursue her master's degree, and we are so excited for her! We'll miss you, so don't forget to visit! ❤
