Update 6/2 8pm: Due to the fact that it would likely comprise of more than 3 unrelated families, safe at homeschool would have to operate as a private school. That will require a name change so feel free to make suggestions. I'd like to keep the notion of safety in the name of the school. In terms of economic ability to attend, some of the ways I can think of making it fair so the school is not just "for the wealthy" is that each parent(s) has to sponsor a child from a different socioeconomic background in addition to their own. Also, scholarships and grants will help create accessability for all. Your thoughts are welcome.

Do you want this to be a regular part of your children's lives?! I don't! Homeschool is a great way to keep them safe while the country resolves it's issue with mass shootings in our schools.

Welcome to the official page for Safe At Homeschool, an effort to protect kids from public school violence by creating a private homeschool for kids in the Capitol Region. Safe at Homeschool is in its cradle phase. Individuals and donors are needed to come together to form the school.
