Special thank you today to Mr. Jacob Williams for coming to speak with Mrs. Amanda Dalton’s Teen Science Cafe after school today. Jacob is a Mathematical Economist. He shared information with our students regarding investing. We would also like to thank Junction Station for donating a delicious meal for them! I am so very proud to be from this small town and be able to provide our students with these opportunities!

CHECK THIS OUT!!!

The Kentucky Governor's School for Entrepreneurs (GSE) is an amazing opportunity for
young students with entrepreneurship in mind. Currently hosted by Northern Kentucky University, they bring teens from across the state into a tuition free three-week residential program. GSE’s learning environment combines STEM skills with exploratory enterprise development. Teens learn how to build a business model, design a prototype, and pitch their startup to investors. They experience the benefits and hardships of taking a business from idea to reality and how to turn failure into opportunity every step of the way.

Not only does GSE prepare students for their entrepreneurial journey, it also qualifies them for some $3 million of scholarships from Kentucky's universities and colleges.

In our everchanging world, new ideas become big realities!! Reach for the stars and make dreams come true!!
