Hey yall! For the past couple months we have been spammed by a Virgie Villanueva. I have reported this profile as fake, reported each comment as spam, and blocked the profile. Unfortunately Facebook has done nothing to help stop the madness & as a PAGE & not a group, I cannot stop the profile from posting comments.

REPORT the profile to Facebook as fake & block them. That’s all we can do.

Almost two decades after his passing, I want to honor a hero and fallen soldier, son, husband & a friend to many of us. (SFHS class of 1990). He died serving our country & Alachua honored him by naming a part of the road that runs by SFHS after him. Staff Sergeant Raymond E. Jones, Jr., 31, of Gainesville, Florida, died April 9, 2004, in Bayji, Iraq when a rocket-propelled gr***de struck him while on patrol. Staff Sergeant Jones was assigned to the Army's 1st Battalion, 7th Field Artillery, 1st Infantry Division, Schweinfurt, Germany. RIP Ray and thank you and your family for your sacrifice.

Did anyone else have a pen pal as a kid? I remember mine. It would be so neat to find her again. She was from England, name was Karen Ridenour. We corresponded through letters for years as youth & lost touch around mid-80s).
