The cutest little valentine's I ever did see!
Ok guys.... They were OVER THE MOON EXCITED to pass out their valentine's all by themselves.
My heart just melted seeing them so happy/filled with joy.
They created the most beautiful bags & crafts to take home.
I can't thank all of the wonderful families of MBCC enough for donating goodies & bringing in special valentine's from their littles/them. ♥️

Valentine party bag making.
First the little’s got to use Valentine’s Day colored markers to draw anything they would like of course using their beautiful imaginations on to their bags.
After, we did every kids favorite thing EVER & used an abundance of a Valentine’s Day stickers to continue decorating them. 🪴🤍✨

The LOVE monster. 📚
Love Monster wants to belong with the cuddly residents of Cutesville. But as it turns out, it's hard to fit in with the cute & the fluffy when you're a googly-eyed monster. SOOOO, Love Monster sets out to find someone who will love him just the way he is. His journey is not easy―he looks high, low, & even middle-ish. But as he soon finds out, love can find you when you least expect it.

A child's play unfolds in many layers, with multiple stories to explore, multiple meanings & questions.
Play is not just about what a child is learning, but what they're teaching us adults.
PLAY is your child's MOST NATURAL FORM OF expression. TIME spent playing with CHILDREN is never time wasted.
It's the things we play with & THE PEOPLE who help us play that make a GREAT DIFFERENCE in our lives.
A child's play can remind us of the depth of the world we live in. - Misa Okayama 🪴🤍✨

Happy Monday friends. ☀️
POOR OLD MONDAY...
Has a terrible rep when really it should put a pep in your step! Leave behind last weeks mistakes & start again. With a nice clean slate.
It's a very snowy/cold morning here.
& Remember your child's success in life will have little to do with their test scores.
Raise them kind.
Love them well.
Show them that life is about more than simply making money to survive.
Show them how to live life well.

My food program is such an important part of my program, I strive daily to make/serve nutritional meals for each & every child.
Friends here really love highly encouraging their buddy's to try/explore new foods every single day!
Nutrition is important at every age! Your children need proper nutrients to stay healthy & strong/to grow up healthy & strong. Nutrition for children can also help establish a foundation for healthy eating habits and nutritional knowledge that your child can apply throughout life. 🪴🤍✨

It is NOT NORMAL for children to be upset about learning.
If your child is resisting or getting upset about learning, the problem is not with the child.
The problem is either with the activity or your expectation.
Kids will NATURALLY stick with activities & friendships they like.
Rather than preaching commitment to what they've started, l'd rather we raise children who feel FREE to leave an activity or friendship that no longer feels right.
Life is full of changes, & many of us wasted years trying to MAKE something work that wasn't destined to thrive.
Encourage children try things, but ultimately let them choose JOY. 🪴🤍✨

The single biggest predictor of high academic achievement is reading to children.
Not flash cards, not workbooks, not fancy preschools, not blinking toys or computers, but mom/dad & or caregiver taking the time every day or night (or both!) to sit & read them wonderful books.
From arts & crafts to literacy/counting & sooo MUCH MORE.
I feel as if the children got to explore the book in so MANY different ways, allowing them to fully enjoy/grasp the story. 🪴🤍✨
