Drawing extravaganza summer camp, day 5 (ages 7-14)
For the final day of camp, campers had a day filled with fun, colorful illustrations. After spending the first half of the morning on completing their accordion towns from the previous day, campers worked on limited color postcards, challenging themselves to get creative under a 5-color limit for a fun final activity.

Drawing extravaganza summer camp, day 4 (ages 7-14)
Today, after working to catch up on and finish previous projects, campers began their final big project of the camp: accordion fold towns. They spent the camp illustrating various towns and scenes to hide behind their decorated paper doors, bringing to life everything from haunted houses to entire villages under the sea

Drawing extravaganza summer camp, day 3 (ages 7-14)
Today, students worked on two different concepts throughout the morning. First, they created transfer drawings of animals, which they then turned into drawn mosaics. Then, they worked on contour drawing, or single line drawing, strengthening their connection between the mind and the hand for drawing while also creating entertaining self portraits

Drawing extravaganza summer camp, day 2 (ages 7-14)
Today, camper started their day off creating negative space drawings, using unique shapes to create the empty positive space. Then, campers got colorful with their scribble zentangle drawings, using random chance 6-sided die to determine how they filled their scribbles with colors and patterns

Bookbinding (adult class)
for their final class, students worked on completing their coptic bind projects, attaching their paper and fabric bound covers to the books they have crafted themselves

Silkscreen printing on fabric (adult class)
For their final class, students worked on multi color and multi layer silkscreen projects, creating gradients and layered prints for more complex and fun designs

Mixed media art camp, day 5 (ages 7-14)
For their final day, campers learned about the art of weaving. They started off their morning creating puffballs and tassels out of yarn, a fun introduction to the new medium, before moving on to weaving on their own cardboard looms. They were able to explore different patterns and inclusions in their weaving projects as a fun, creative, colorful final project.

Mixed media art camp, day 4 (ages 7-14)
Today, campers spent their day working on the art of printmaking. They started off the day by creating a block printing stamp out of Styrofoam for their mandalas. Then, they printed on their checkered, Andy Warhol inspired pieces, printed on their mandalas, and finished off their projects with a touch of colorful puffy paint

Mixed media art camp, day 3 (ages 7-14)
Today, campers began by preparing for a printmaking project they will continue tomorrow, blending oil pastels onto paper to create a colorful tie-dye effect. Then, they spent the rest of the day working on mixed media still life drawings inspired by the plant arrangements around the room
