OK, new year holiday craziness is over time to get back to this page and help this page grow so if everybody can please share it to anyone interested in looking to get more fit and healthy for 2026 I personally am starting my journey in a different way where I’ve lost the weight from my fifth child, but I wanna gain muscle so I want to be the best version of myself this year!!!

Picture on the left was from a week ago picture on the right is this morning one week difference with consistent exercise and crunches and situps as well as other core based and diet based tactics
I can see I’m getting leaner hopefully within a month I’ll be a lot better I gotta remind myself. I have had five children and I’m 42 years old so I gotta get myself some credit at the same time.

The goal for me is by Christmas :::: to obtain a more toned core and abs—-

My stats:::: 42 years old. Mom of 5!! My kids are 24/18/16/11 and 3.  the last baby was a C-section which created this little pooch. I went up to 230 pounds with him and lost it all now I’m 159. My goal within the next three months is to be 147 and more toned/defined

I’m gonna use this as my before picture and in about I would say the first week of January I’ll post an after picture !!!

Yes, I was 18 years old and got a Pl***oy bunny tattoo. Show me your stupid mistake? Hahahaha

Pick this up over at the fresh market in Augusta on my way to work this morning 11 g of protein no rice, but it does have the quinoa got a little spicy kick but it’s good!!! so filling too
