This year's Institute is off to a great start. Our leaders are Joan Justice, Deb MacPhee, Kay Hanson, and Catherine Hamilton.
As we move into our second week, we are looking forward to a visit from Joan Stevenson, "the book lady." We visited Midlands to hear Sara Holbrook this past Friday.
I'll be posting some of our pictures as we develop our peer response groups and demonstrations.
Aiken Writing Project has joined the 21st century! Let's hear from our Teacher Consultants from our first three Summer Institutes (2007, 2008, and 2009) as well as from our current participants (SI 2010). We also welcome all of the Aiken District teachers with other writing project experiences (Midlands, Upstate, Lowco...unty and beyond) to help us with building our site through our Facebook presence.
