🔴⚫ADM Community School District Ranked 3rd Highest Performing K-12 District in Iowa!⚫🔴
The ADM Community School District has earned a “High Performing” rating on the Iowa School Performance Profiles and ranks as the third highest K-12 school district in the state of Iowa!
Additionally, ADM is one of only two districts in Iowa serving more than 2,000 students where all school buildings earned “High Performing” or higher.
The Iowa School Performance Profiles score districts and schools based on student academic growth and achievement, graduation rates, attendance, postsecondary readiness, and work-based learning opportunities.
Congratulations to our outstanding ADM students, staff, and supportive communities!

Thank you all for your encouragement and support! I am honored and eager to serve our community on the ADM School Board.

My name is Becky Schrock, and I am running for the ADM school board.
Firstly, I am an involved parent who cares deeply about the success and well-being of our students. My husband Larry and I are proud parents of three boys in the ADM School District—Isaac (10th grade), Ethan (8th grade), and Aaron (6th grade).
I am also a licensed mental health professional and have worked closely with teens and families in the area since our family returned to Adel in 2017. Having grown up here, my husband knew the strength of this district, and we were excited to have our children attend ADM schools. Our family enjoys being active in the community. Since all three of our boys love soccer, I serve on the ADM Soccer Club board. We are also actively involved at Restoration Church, where I volunteer in the children’s and youth ministries.
I have a passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of the next generation and am committed to fostering school environments where students thrive, families feel supported, and the community benefits from prepared, capable young adults. ADM is experiencing exciting growth, which brings both opportunities and challenges. With this growth comes the need for flexibility and readiness—among students, families, teachers, and staff. As a mental health therapist, I understand how emotional well-being shapes learning and success. I’m dedicated to helping students build confidence, resilience, and strong decision-making skills to prepare them for life beyond the classroom. I will advocate for programs that connect learning to real-world outcomes and promote emotional health as a foundation for growth. My goal is to help create a practical, encouraging environment that supports every student’s success.
I’d love your support in our upcoming election on November 4, 2025.
