Calling all teachers! Celebrate the last day of school at Route 24 Ale House!

Did you know? Every 5th grader receives a shirt to celebrate their accomplishment as a farewell gift from the PTA! All of our fundraisers and spirit wear sales go back to initiatives for students and staff! Thanks for your continued support of your PTA.

Mrs. Hildebrand's last Snacks with the Social Worker event for the school year will take place this Thursday, 6/4 from 4-5 PM. You can attend either virtually or in person (ABES Library), and this quarter's topic is Setting Boundaries/ Discipline. Please consider joining her and other parents to discuss this important topic.

An email from administration went out regarding field day which is tomorrow!!!

YEAH! Tomorrow, Monday, June 1st, is Field Day!
Students must wear sneakers and dress to move.

Students are encouraged to bring a labeled water bottle.

Parents are invited to the outdoor portion of field day.

All parents must sign-in at one of the outdoor tables, with photo id, and remain outside.

Schedule:

Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 2nd grade: 9:05-10:05am

1st and 5th grades: 10:20-11:20am

3rd and 4th grades: 1:15-2:15pm

One station is inside the gym. Due to space limitations, parents will remain outside.
Please check with your child's teacher for specific times the class will be at stations outside.

Field Day, grade level colors:

Pre-K and K – Red

1st – Orange

2nd – Yellow

3rd – Green

4th – Blue

5th - Purple

Please join us and bring photo identification for sign-in.

Yearbooks have been distributed and will come home today or early next week. You can still order a yearbook and have it shipped to your home!

We're FOUR days out from field day and it's shaping up to be a great day! Fun activities planned, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee of Bel Air ☕ will be on site for the adults and PTA spirit wear table will be set up. We'll also have a limited amount of soft drinks 🥤 for purchase CASH only.

Ok....now the ask... We DESPERATELY need more volunteers for the afternoon session when 3rd & 4th grade is participating. Your PTA board has 3rd and 4th graders and we want to be able to enjoy the event as well. Even if you can only donate 30 minutes of time it would be GREATLY appreciated.
