WOW, Abilene! What an incredible Oktoberfest weekend! 🍧🍋 Friday and Saturday was one for the books, and we couldn't be more grateful for everyone who stopped by!!
Despite the storms, you kept us on our toes all day yesterday! At one point, we completely sold out of our shaved ice! Standard store-bought ice cubes just won't cut it for that perfect, fluffy snow texture — our ice blocks take 5 full days to cure! We had to rush to get backup blocks just to keep the sno flowing. 🧊✨
And don't even get us started on the NEW lemonades... you all officially have a new favorite! We had to make 3️⃣ separate trips to the store just to restock on fresh lemons and supplies! 🍋💨

💬 "9.5 out of 10 stars!” — direct quote from one of our youngest harsh critics on his banana flavored shaved ice. When we asked how we could earn that extra 0.5 star next time, he just shrugged! 😂
