About our Annual general meeting

𝗨𝗦𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

Buddo lifted the 2025 USSSA National Championship which is there 3rd in history since making debut in 1997.

Are you aware of the 3 winning Coaches?

▪️Frame 1: Coach KB aka Kaka.
Was the first victorious coach in 2009 handling both Buddo and Naguru FC. The tournament was hosted by ST Leo kyegobe and Buddo was full of attacking players like captain Iddi Babu, Joseph Ochaya, Sadal Damba, Fazil Mwijuke etc. Beating Old Kampala SS at the Final 2-1 with goals from Joseph Ochaya and Ismail Segujja before consolation from Gift Ali through penalty.

▪️ Frame 2: Coach Simon Peter Mugerwa.
Helped Buddo win 2018 edition being helped by Hamza Lutalo. Buddo signed Coach Simon from Masaka SS. They went to nationals after loosing Wakiso Region Final to Kitende 2-1. At Nationals were placed in a group containing Iganga town view, Sebei College, Kibuli SS, Nakaseke International, Amuria H/S and Ryakasinga CHE.
They topped it and eliminated the Host Mbarara High at the Round of 16, Kigezi H/S at the Quarter finals, Agape H/S at the Semi before beating the 11 Commandos of Blessed Sacrament Kimanya at the final, courtesy goal of Frank Ssebuufu.

▪️ Frame 3: Richard Malinga
Malinga has been had to break though having started his Nationals journey with a loss at the Wakiso Region final to Kitende again. He's one of the coaches who have caught fans attention in Masaza Cup more so for his different stints with Mawokota and in Bika Bya Baganda. Crossing into a later stage of coaching, things haven't been easy for him with teams like Entebbe Health FC, KCCA FC, Mbale Heroes though remains a proven coach. He's a 3rd winning coach at Buddo beating Kitende on penalties in Ngora yesterday.

A boda boda awaits each Buddo 2025 winning student and cash of 20m was awarded by old student where each will get 1.5M.

My sincere Heartfelt congratulations to Buddo SS (Football U-20), Madinah Islamic SS (Netball U-16), and King's College Budo (Rugby 15s Boys) on winning the USSSA National Championships! held in Ngora, Bukedea District.

This remarkable achievement is a testament to the dedication, resilience, and hard work of these Nsangi zone-based schools.

We take immense pride in having all three champions from our zone.

We're grateful to the Directors, Headteachers, Games teachers, Staff, coaches and teams for their unwavering commitment and support throughout the championships.

May these schools continue to excel and shine in all their future endeavors. We pray for sustained success and excellence in sports and academics in all Nsangi zone schools.

This achievement has showcased the talent and potential within our zone. We're honored to have such outstanding institutions representing our zone.

Dear Colleagues,
It is with deep sorrow that I announce the demise of one of our very own, Winifred Nabukenya OG 2004 and a daughter of Mr. Kakinda which happened last night. There will be vigil at Mr. Kakinda's home in Kyengera and burial on Monday in Mpigi. Eternal rest grant into her oh Lord and let your perpetual light shine upon her, May her soul rest in peace. Amen.
