Access to quality secondary school education is a critical factor to the development of Uganda and to Africa in general. Mary's Purongo Senior Secondary School, hundreds of students each year will have to travel great distances to attend secondary school, or will have to pay colossal amount of money in boarding fees, or will not be attending secondary school at all. The purpose of this page is to share with everyone what we are doing to promote education in the Acholi Sub-region after over two decades of war. We want to demonstrate that people of any place can take charge of their destiny by joining hands. For this we would like to use this page to invite people interested in our community intervention to support us.
